Countryside Racing Day at Ascot on Sunday 18 April
· Ascot has a wide range of entertainment for all the family. In the main display arena, located on the Plaza Lawns, we will be showcasing an array of countryside pursuits including a falconry display where the masters of the sky soar over the crowd, an action packed sheep dog display, a mini beast safari plus ferret racing and much more.
· They also have a family farm where racegoers young and old can meet and feed the animals.
· There will be a selection of shops for racegoers to browse through between racing.
· All displays require audience participation so all the family should be prepared to have fun!
· Between demonstrations racegoers can meet the stars of the show who will be in display pens around the Plaza Lawns.
· On the track there will be a competitive card, the highlight of which is the Independent Newspapers Veterans Handicap Chase open to horses of ten years or above.
· All entertainment on the day is free. Adult tickets start from £16 and under 18s are admitted free of charge.
